Except for the Global Leaderboard feature, GenetonSim does not collect, store, or share any personal data. We do not track your location or access your contacts.
If you choose to participate in the Global Leaderboard, we collect your chosen nickname and your game scores. This data is uploaded to our secure servers solely to maintain competitive rankings. By clicking the "Submit" button in the app, you explicitly consent to this data collection.
Game settings (volume, difficulty) and local high scores are stored safely on your device. This data remains private and never leaves your device unless you choose to submit a score to the global rankings.

No. Your device will not receive any cookies from the "Geneton Sim" app, or other tracking technologies that is used to gather user data.
No. The "Geneton Sim" app does not use Google Maps or any other location-based services that require the mobile phone's location features to be enabled.
This app does not ask for any social media account logins, hence there is no third-party involvement.
We do not knowingly collect data from our market for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data from our market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Apps.
